Key Responsibilities
- Using call-off software to measure projects.
- Building rates for partitioning, ceilings, doors, and tea points.
- Populating and preparing quotes based on project measurements and costings.
- Assisting with tender reviews, including sourcing relevant drawings and project details.
- Providing administrative support for tenders and submitted proposals.
- Speaking with clients regarding submitted tenders and project queries.
- Conducting occasional site visits when necessary.
About the Candidate
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in construction, estimating, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Proficient in measuring software and comfortable working with project drawings .
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tenders and quotes .
- A strong communicator, both internally with the team and externally with clients.
- Comfortable working in a family-run, team-oriented environment .
- Local to BN6 or within a commutable distance .
