About the Client
We are seeking a skilled Estimator
to join a well-established General Contractor
based in Spartanburg, SC. This role is ideal for a local candidate with a strong background in Design-Build (D&B)
projects and proven conceptual estimating
experience. You’ll be involved in a wide range of projects, from early budgeting through to final bid preparation.
About the Role
- Prepare detailed and conceptual estimates for D&B and hard bid projects.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.

Solicit and review subcontractor and vendor quotes.

Assist in project handoff and support project teams through preconstruction phases.

Maintain current knowledge of material costs, labor rates, and market trends.

About the Candidate
- Local to Spartanburg, SC
-
Minimum 5 years’ estimating experience within a GC environment.

Proven experience in Design-Build and conceptual estimating.

Strong understanding of light industrial and commercial construction.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
