A leading interior systems contractor with decades of proven success is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Estimator to join their teams in Orlando and Tampa. Specializing in drywall, ceilings, and framing packages for high-profile commercial projects, this company is known for its strong project pipeline, collaborative culture, and reputation for delivering quality at scale.

As an Estimator, you’ll be a key part of the preconstruction process, helping to secure landmark projects across healthcare, hospitality, education, and mixed-use sectors.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for drywall, acoustical ceilings, framing, and related scopes

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and RFPs to develop complete bid proposals

• Liaise with project managers, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure scope accuracy and competitive pricing

• Evaluate subcontractor quotes and material costs

• Assist with value engineering and bid strategy development

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required

• Support handoff to operations once contracts are secured

? Requirements:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial drywall or interior construction

• Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and labor costs

• Proficient with estimating software (such as On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, or similar)

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Local to Orlando or Tampa, or willing to relocate

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not essential)
