The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring project milestones are met, maintaining quality and safety standards, and serving as a key liaison between field crews, project management, and clients.
Scope Of Work: To manage and supervise electrical new construction and renovation projects in Memphis, TN.
Job Role - Travelling Superintendent
Location - Memphis
Salary - $100,000 DOE
Package - (Tier 1 - Tier 5) - Truck, Gas Card, 401k, Health Benefits, PTO 2 Weeks

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activities across multiple job sites.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Manage field crews, schedule labor, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Oversee quality control and conduct regular site inspections.
- Maintain project documentation including daily reports, material logs, and time tracking.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Lead safety meetings and enforce all company and OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with pre-construction planning, material procurement, and job site setup.
About the Candidate
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the electrical contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
- Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple job sites.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly and stay on-site as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Florida Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) preferred but not required.
- OSHA 30 Certification strongly preferred.
