The Traveling Superintendent is the senior on-site authority responsible for the field execution of complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical electrical projects nationwide. You will lead field operations to ensure every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and in strict alignment with company quality standards.

This role is designed for a high-impact leader with deep technical expertise and the mobility to manage high-stakes environments independently.

• Professional Experience: 7+ years in commercial or industrial electrical construction, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent capacity.

• Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of the NEC, OSHA safety regulations, and industry-standard best practices.

• Document Proficiency: Proven ability to interpret and execute complex blueprints, one-line diagrams, and technical construction documents.

• Field Management: Demonstrated success leading large crews and coordinating effectively with multiple trades on-site.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient with construction management software and reporting tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).

• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a commitment to extensive nationwide travel.

• Technical Interpretation: Accurately translate blueprints, specifications, and complex electrical schematics into field execution.

• Logistics Coordination: Manage the seamless flow of inspections, material deliveries, equipment staging, and subcontractor schedules.

• Schedule Oversight: Proactively monitor project milestones and resolve field challenges to prevent delays.

• Digital Documentation: Maintain precise daily logs, field reports, and production tracking via integrated software platforms.
