About the Role
Position Overview:
Our client, a family-owned electrical contracting company based in Nashville, TN with over 58 years of combined industry experience, is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects across the state of South Carolina, specifically in Myrtle Beach.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring project milestones are met, maintaining quality and safety standards, and serving as a key liaison between field crews, project management, and clients.
Scope Of Work:
To manage and supervise electrical new construction and renovation projects in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Job Role- Travelling Superintendent
Location- Florida
Salary - $100,000 DOE
Package - (Tier 1 - Tier 5) - Truck, Gas Card, 401k, Health Benefits, PTO 2 Weeks
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activities across multiple job sites.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.

Manage field crews, schedule labor, and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Oversee quality control and conduct regular site inspections.

Maintain project documentation including daily reports, material logs, and time tracking.

Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Lead safety meetings and enforce all company and OSHA safety standards.

Assist with pre-construction planning, material procurement, and job site setup.
About the Candidate
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the electrical contracting industry.

Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.

Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple job sites.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
-
Willingness to travel regularly and stay on-site as needed.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Florida Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) preferred but not required.

OSHA 30 Certification strongly preferred.
