About the Role
- Lead and supervise all electrical work on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays proactively.
- Implement corrective actions and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
- Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing all safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Investigate and report all safety incidents promptly.
- Promote a strong safety culture on all job sites.
- Inspect all electrical work to ensure it meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections and tests.
- Monitor and control electrical project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
- Track material usage and labor costs.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of electricians.
- Ensure proper training and development of all electrical personnel.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
About the Candidate
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical projects.
- Proven ability to lead and manage electrical crews effectively.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes (NEC) and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical drawings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
