About the Role

  • Lead and supervise all electrical work on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays proactively.
  • Implement corrective actions and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
  • Investigate and report all safety incidents promptly.
  • Promote a strong safety culture on all job sites.
  • Inspect all electrical work to ensure it meets project specifications and industry standards.
  • Identify and address any quality issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inspections and tests.
  • Monitor and control electrical project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
  • Track material usage and labor costs.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of electricians.
  • Ensure proper training and development of all electrical personnel.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

About the Candidate

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage electrical crews effectively.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes (NEC) and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
