• Oversee electrical projects, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while reporting to the project or construction manager
• Manage multiple crews and projects, handling up to 70 employees on sites, with projects valued between $5M-$30M
• Independently initiate and manage project timelines, production, and quality standards
• Focus on achieving high standards for installation, daily production, and customer satisfaction through team management
• Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing foremen, journeymen, and apprentices
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and work with top industry equipment

• Skilled in leading, developing, and recruiting a team while ensuring high-quality workmanship
• Must have an active Texas journeyman electrician license
• Experience with prefabrication methods
• 6+ years of experience managing large commercial projects and teams
• Motivated to pursue professional development, including LEED and NICET II certifications
• Willing to travel to various job sites (travel incentives available)
