About the Role

  • Lead commercial electrical projects valued at $10 million or more, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Oversee and manage 75+ team members on-site, maintaining productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and address challenges to keep schedules on track.
  • Review project plans, estimates, and contracts to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
  • Ensure electrical construction work meets required safety and quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure compliance with contractual limits.
  • Coordinate with engineers and contractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

About the Candidate

  • Experience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously, with values exceeding $10 million.
  • Ability to oversee and manage up to 75 individuals on-site.
  • Minimum of five years as a superintendent for an electrical contractor.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
