About the Role
- Lead commercial electrical projects valued at $10 million or more, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Oversee and manage 75+ team members on-site, maintaining productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and address challenges to keep schedules on track.
- Review project plans, estimates, and contracts to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
- Ensure electrical construction work meets required safety and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure compliance with contractual limits.
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
About the Candidate
- Experience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously, with values exceeding $10 million.
- Ability to oversee and manage up to 75 individuals on-site.
- Minimum of five years as a superintendent for an electrical contractor.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
