About the Role

  • Lead all field operations for large-scale electrical projects, including data centers, mission-critical, and complex commercial builds
  • Manage and mentor superintendents, foremen, and field staff across multiple crews and phases
  • Develop and execute detailed project schedules, logistics plans, and manpower projections
  • Coordinate closely with project management, owners, general contractors, and trade partners
  • Enforce safety standards, conduct site safety meetings, and drive a zero-incident culture
  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and quality standards
  • Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning support, and punch-list completion
  • Proactively identify and resolve constructability, sequencing, and resource challenges
  • Maintain accurate field reporting, daily logs, and progress tracking
  • Support preconstruction planning, site mobilization, and turnover activities

 

About the Candidate

  • 10+ years of electrical construction experience, including leadership on large, complex projects
  • Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
  • Strong background in mission-critical, data center, or high-density power projects preferred
  • Deep understanding of electrical systems, means and methods, and sequencing
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage fast-track schedules and multiple priorities
  • Proficient with construction technology and reporting tools
  • OSHA certification preferred
