About the Role

  • Lead and manage multiple large-scale electrical projects or a single major project from award through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, billing, and financial performance
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field leadership
  • Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and support staff
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents to align field execution with project plans
  • Serve as the primary liaison with owners, GCs, designers, and trade partners
  • Drive preconstruction planning, value engineering, and constructability reviews
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety expectations
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities

About the Candidate

  • 10+ years of electrical construction experience with progressive project management responsibility
  • Proven success managing large, complex electrical projects
  • Strong background in mission-critical, data center, or technically demanding commercial projects preferred
  • Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction means and methods, and project controls
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage risk, and drive profitability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and construction technology tools
