About the Role
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through to closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

- Managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control and change orders.
- Leading preconstruction activities including procurement, subcontractor management and project setup.
- Overseeing schedules, manpower planning, material management and site logistics.
- Coordinating BIM/VDC, QA/QC and safety processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and trade partners.
- Supporting Superintendents and field teams to successfully deliver complex electrical installations.
About the Candidate
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a background delivering Mission Critical/Data Center projects for an electrical contractor.

- 5–10+ years' experience managing electrical construction projects within the Mission Critical sector.
- Proven experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement and client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of change management, RFIs, submittals, QA/QC and project financials.
- Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors, BIM/VDC and preconstruction activities.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A Construction Management degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
