About the Role
- Supervise electricians, apprentices, and helpers on assigned projects.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet project schedules.
- Review plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, safety, and code compliance.
- Conduct daily crew planning, safety meetings, and work assignments.
- Resolve field issues, material shortages, and installation conflicts.
- Maintain daily reports, timekeeping, punch lists, and project documentation.
- Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and project closeout.
- Train and mentor field personnel.
About the Candidate
- 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
- 2+ years in a foreman, lead electrician, or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, NEC requirements, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ideal for someone who wants to step out of the field and into the office
