About the Role
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management and construction software
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
About the Candidate
- Manage electrical construction projects from kickoff through final closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution
- Lead project coordination with owners, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams
- Prepare and manage change orders, subcontracts, and procurement
- Track project costs, billing, and financial performance
- Support field leadership by resolving technical, scheduling, and manpower challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality expectations
- Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
