About the Role

Oversee and manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish, ranging from $500K to $5M
Coordinate daily operations and scheduling to keep projects on time and within budget
Supervise and direct field crews of up to 10 employees, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality workmanship
Prepare, process, and track change orders and project documentation
Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide field operations
Monitor project costs, materials, and labor to maintain profitability and efficiency

About the Candidate

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial electrical industry
Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $500K to $5M in value
Experience preparing, reviewing, and processing change orders
Skilled in managing and coordinating crews of up to 10 employees
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, codes, and industry best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
