This role involves overseeing all aspects of electrical project delivery from pre-construction through closeout. You will be responsible for delivering multiple projects between $3M–$7M in value, ensuring alignment with design, budget, safety, and client expectations.

- Managing day-to-day project execution, schedules, and reporting
- Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams
- Handling budgets, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and job site logistics
- Conducting site visits and inspections as needed
- Leading project closeout and handover processes
About the Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a background in managing full-cycle commercial or industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–6 years’ experience in project management for commercial or industrial ground-up builds
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with electrical systems in commercial/industrial environments – panel boards, switchgear, lighting, low-voltage, and distribution systems
- Strong working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or similar project management tools
- Experience in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and RFI/change order processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
