This role involves managing individual projects up to $5 million and handling multiple concurrent jobs with a combined value of up to $10 million.

- Ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards
- Overseeing documentation, RFIs, and submittals using tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project

About the Candidate
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and experience managing projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, and municipal buildings.

- Be comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously, with combined values of up to $10 million.
- Possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications.
- Be proficient with project management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project.
- Communicate clearly with both field and office teams, as well as clients and consultants.
- Have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results on time and within budget.

- Salary: Up to $120,000
- Vehicle Allowance: $500/month
