About the Role
Full project lifecycle ownership: from tender through to delivery and client handover.
Responsible for leading electrical commercial and industrial projects across the Houston area.
Work closely with GCs, architects, engineers, and end-users to deliver design-build and engineered solutions.
Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
Manage project teams and ensure compliance with safety, code, and client expectations.
Utilize AcuBid estimating software for bids, change orders, and tender submissions.
Represent the business in client and GC meetings to win new work and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Projects may include high bay lighting, UPS systems, generators, site lighting, and more.

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager with a licensed electrical contractor.
Existing relationships with General Contractors in the Houston commercial/industrial market.
Strong background in design-build, power distribution, and new construction projects.
Proficient in AcuBid estimating software (mandatory).
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledgeable in NEC, local codes, and best practices for commercial/industrial environments.
Comfortable in both the office and on-site environments.
Reliable, self-motivated, and driven to win and deliver projects.
