About the Role
This is a hands-on role that blends project engineering with elements of project management and design. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and estimators to help deliver electrical construction projects on time and within budget.

- Managing submittals, shop drawings, budgets, and progress billing
- Coordinating with subcontractors, clients, architects, and field teams
- Supporting the proposal process and client communication
- Site visits as needed to monitor progress and ensure compliance
About the Candidate
We’re looking for a degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with an interest in project delivery and coordination. Ideal candidates will bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of a minor in Electrical Engineering is required)
- Experience in commercial construction—ideally in a Project Coordinator or support role
- Familiarity with electrical drawings, schematics, and construction blueprints
- Working knowledge of design/estimating software (AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, ConEst)
- Strong communication, client interaction, and organizational skills
- Previous field electrical experience is a plus
