About the Role

  • Supervise and lead electrical crews on active construction projects
  • Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower to meet project schedules
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project plans
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades on-site
  • Ensure installations meet NEC code requirements and project specifications
  • Monitor productivity and maintain high-quality installation standards
  • Maintain strong jobsite safety practices and ensure OSHA compliance
  • Order and track materials, tools, and equipment needed for project execution
  • Assist with layout, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in the field
  • Provide mentorship and training to apprentices and junior electricians
  • Communicate job progress, challenges, and schedule updates to project leadership

About the Candidate

  • 5+ years of electrical construction experience with leadership/foreman experience preferred
  • Strong background in commercial or industrial electrical construction
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
  • Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical installation standards
  • Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate field operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet deadlines
