• Overseeing day to day operations on commercial job sites
• Leading and directing a crew of electricians to keep the project on schedule
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, plans and specifications
• Coordinating with the GC, other trades and project managers to avoid delays
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and passes inspections
• Maintaining a safe, organised job site and enforcing company safety practices
• Ordering materials, tracking progress and reporting updates to leadership
• Supporting the development of apprentices and helping train newer electricians

• Minimum three years experience as an electrical foreman
• Strong commercial background for example hospitals, schools, offices and similar facilities
• Able to lead crews and manage day to day site operations
• Confident reading drawings and coordinating with GC and other trades
• Proven ability to maintain quality, safety and project timelines
