Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to oversee and execute commercial drywall and interior systems projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a proven track record in managing multiple projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of drywall and ceiling system projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

• Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and internal teams to review blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.

• Lead project planning meetings, communicate milestones, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

• Monitor field progress, perform site visits, and proactively address issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.

• Track project costs, prepare change orders, and manage billing in conjunction with accounting teams.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and company policies throughout project execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and field personnel.

• Mentor and support assistant project managers, superintendents, and field crews.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial drywall, ceilings, or interior systems.

• Strong knowledge of construction documents, schedules, and budgeting tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).

• Ability to travel to job sites across multiple states as needed.
