Specialists in drywall, acoustical ceilings, masonry, concrete/masonry restoration, and doors/frames/hardware, we deliver high-quality commercial interior and exterior work in markets including education, healthcare, government, multi-occupancy residential, and institutional projects

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple large-scale drywall and interior construction projects across Florida

  • Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and office staff; build high-performing teams

  • Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety expectations

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth

  • Provide executive-level guidance in project planning, execution strategy, and risk management

  • Lead contract negotiations, change management, and project closeout processes

  • Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during the bid and handoff phases

  • Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across multiple project teams

  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management as we scale operations

  • Represent the company at key industry events, client meetings, and internal leadership forums

  • Prepare for and eventually lead regional operations on the East Coast of Florida

About the Candidate

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial drywall, interiors, or specialty contracting

  • 3+ years in a senior project management or project executive role

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial construction projects

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities

  • Deep knowledge of construction means and methods, contracts, and scheduling

  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects in different geographic areas

  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred

  • Willingness and ability to relocate to the East Coast of Florida in the near future
