About the Client
One of my key clients are looking for a Drafter
skilled in Rhino
(preferred) or Revit
to support the creation of precise shop drawings, fabrication details, and 3D modeling for our custom façade systems. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and fabrication teams to convert architectural concepts into buildable solutions.
About the Role
- Produce detailed shop drawings, 3D models, and fabrication sheets for ACM, plate, phenolic, and specialty panel systems.
- Model complex geometric façades using Rhino or Revit.
- Coordinate drawing sets with engineering requirements, system standards, and project specifications.
- Respond to markups and revisions from project managers, engineers, architects, and fabrication teams.
- Maintain drawing accuracy, naming conventions, version control, and documentation standards.
- Assist with digital prototyping, clash reviews, and coordination models.
- Support continuous improvement of drafting templates and workflows.
About the Candidate
- Proficiency in Rhino (priority) or Revit for façade or architectural drafting.
- 2+ years of drafting experience in building envelope, architectural metals, or related industries.
- Understanding of façade assemblies, panel systems, and fabrication principles.
- Ability to interpret architectural / structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple drawing packages.
