About the Client

Our client is a rapidly growing player within the Mission Critical / Data Center construction sector, supporting some of the most advanced infrastructure projects in the market.

They operate across the full project lifecycle, partnering with owners, hyperscalers, and general contractors to deliver complex, high-value data center builds.

Due to continued growth and project demand, they are seeking a Director of Delivery to take ownership of field execution and project performance across multiple programs.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving delivery across large-scale data center construction projects.

You will act as the link between strategy and execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong field background who understands the realities of site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee field delivery teams across multiple data center projects
Translate executive strategy into practical, executable delivery plans
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to specification
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and project partners
Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across all sites
Mentor and develop Superintendents, Project Leaders, and field teams
Implement and improve delivery processes and performance standards
