Financial reporting: Prepare and coordinate internal and external financial statements

Budgeting: Manage budgets, including forecasting, monitoring variances, and reporting deficiencies

Accounting: Oversee accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including tax planning and compliance

Risk management: Establish and monitor internal controls to protect assets

Financial analysis: Identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for cost reduction

Audits: Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors

Staff management: Hire, train, and retain accounting staff

Excellent organizational skills & strong communication tactics.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Thorough knowledge of accrual and cash basis of accounting.

Ability to work under pressure, independently.

Attention to detail & accuracy is imperative.

Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Complete necessary PPW for contracts

Work within GCs Portals to complete any accounting or reporting requirements

Manage ALL company credit cards and expenses.

Experience with Procore and Smartsheet is a PLUS
