They are seeking a driven and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage their portfolio of roofing and cladding projects.

• Run multiple roofing and cladding projects.
• Make sure projects are on time and within budget.
• Manage contracts and deal with changes.
• Talk to clients and keep them happy.
• Make sure sites are safe.
• Lead and organise teams.
• Experience with metal roofing.
• Experience with a company that makes its own materials.

• Experience as a Contracts Manager in roofing or cladding.
• Know about roofing and cladding.
• Understand contracts and budgets.
• Be able to run multiple projects.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Driving licence.
