Job Details

We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead the coordination and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems on commercial and/or industrial construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration of MEP scopes within the broader construction schedule, maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all MEP site activities from preconstruction through commissioning

• Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and submittals for MEP systems

• Ensure proper installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems

• Oversee and coordinate MEP subcontractors, foremen, and field crews

• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and superintendents to drive schedule compliance and resolve field issues

• Monitor and enforce safety standards, quality control, and code complian

• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings , schematics , specifications , and MEP coordination models (BIM) .
• Experience overseeing MEP installations from preconstruction through commissioning .
• Proven ability to manage site activities , ensure schedule adherence , and coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, and consultants .
• Strong leadership skills to manage MEP teams, including foremen , tradespeople , and subcontractors .
