Financial Tracking:
Partner with the Project Manager (PM) to regularly review and update progress reports, cost reports, schedules, and completion requirements.

Precon Strategy:
Actively contribute to preconstruction planning, including scheduling, project phasing, buyout strategies, and managing general conditions.
Operations, Scheduling, & Administration

Project Execution:
Maintain a deep understanding of project specs, contracts, general conditions, and subcontractor scopes. Proactively adjust methods, materials, and schedules as needed.

Site Management & Safety:
Secure the job site and company assets. Ensure a safe, respectful, and compliant environment for staff, subcontractors, and the public.

Financial Administration:
Review and approve material bills and subcontractor requisitions. Validate extra charges for accuracy and coordinate approvals with the PM.
Communication & Relationship Management

Alignment:
Partner with the PM to clearly communicate expectations regarding schedules, safety, quality control, and company policies to subcontractors and teams.

Client & Community Relations:
Build strong, core-value-driven relationships with clients, designers, and suppliers. Deliver presentations to help secure new business opportunities.
