We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join a growing team working on a wide range of large-scale commercial roofing projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems and proven estimating experience to contribute to high-quality, complex projects.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates across multiple commercial roofing systems, working closely with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure cost accuracy and project success.

This is an office-based role with some hybrid flexibility.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Source and assess material and labour costs
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Work closely with project teams to support bids and project planning
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all estimates and submissions

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial roofing estimating
• Strong knowledge of major roofing systems, including:
  • Modified Bitumen (Mod-Bit)
  • Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
  • TPO
  • PVC
  • EPDM
  • Standing Seam Metal Roofing (SSMR)
• Experience working on large-scale commercial roofing projects
• Proficiency with roofing estimating software (The EDGE preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Strong communication and organisational skills
