The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial plumbing superintendent
with a strong background supervising plumbing installations on large-scale commercial construction projects.
You should have:
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices.
- Experience leading plumbing crews and coordinating multiple trades on active jobsites.
- The ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing codes and installation requirements.
- Experience coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to work effectively with General Contractors, Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- A strong understanding of construction safety requirements.
- The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A Georgia plumbing license
or the ability to obtain the required license within the required timeframe is preferred/required depending on project and jurisdiction.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on field leader who can take ownership of plumbing operations, keep projects moving, and ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
