We offer a full roofing package — from complex cut pitched roofs or roof truss installation to roof tiling and slating, lead work, and all major flat roofing systems. From the wall plate up to the ridgeline, we take care of everything on the most complex refurbishments and luxury new builds.

Our passion lies in heritage roofing projects, utilising natural, locally sourced materials wherever possible — including natural slate and stone, handmade clay tiles, lead, copper, and bronze. We have the privilege of working on some of the UK’s most beautiful Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, from government buildings to museums, churches, and private residences.

• Source and purchase materials for a wide range of roofing projects, from traditional heritage restorations to contemporary luxury builds.

• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

• Ensure that materials are delivered on time and meet required specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to forecast material needs and manage stock levels.

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or innovation.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and support project costing.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term supplier relationships.

• Experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management (construction industry experience desirable but not essential).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Knowledge of roofing materials, construction products, or heritage building projects.

• Experience working in a contractor or construction environment.
