Direct Daily Operations: Oversee all administrative, warehouse, customer service, and operational activities to ensure seamless branch performance.

Drive Strategic Alignment: Establish operational priorities that align branch execution with corporate objectives, budgets, and productivity targets.

Ensure Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and applicable industry regulations.

Manage Branch P&L: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, operational cost control, profitability, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting.

Optimize Key Metrics: Analyze operational data, workforce metrics, and financial reports to identify efficiency gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and Mentor Personnel: Provide active leadership, coaching, accountability, and performance management to build a high-performing team.

Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to manage staffing levels, resource allocation, recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning.

Foster Culture: Cultivate a strong workplace culture rooted in safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Strengthen Partnerships: Build and maintain valuable relationships with key customers, vendors, subcontractors, and local business partners.

Drive Business Development: Support local growth initiatives, customer retention strategies, and business expansion efforts.

Resolve Escalations: Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer service issues and critical operational bottlenecks.

Executive Communication: Deliver regular performance updates, strategic reports, and operational forecasts to executive leadership.

Industry Background: Demonstrated leadership in branch operations, workforce performance, and financial execution, with a strong preference for backgrounds in construction, electrical contracting, industrial, or service-related sectors.

Operational Scaling: Proven track record of supporting organizational growth, operational expansion, and continuous process improvement.

Financial Management: Strong grasp of business financials, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, profitability, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to interpret complex operational data, financial reports, and workforce metrics to drive strategic adjustments.

People Leadership: Exceptional coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a talent for fostering team accountability.
