• Responsible for daily implementation and maintenance of a clean and safe work site while motivating field operations teams to work efficiently and exceed project requirements, quality control standards, and productivity goals.
• Take ownership of the overall project schedule, including assisting in schedule development and updates. Lead implementation of the schedule by coordinating subcontractors and resources.
• Support management of contract requirements and scopes of work. Handle field documentation, punch-list items, close-out activities, and communication of contract/scope changes with the project manager.
• Participate extensively in 3D field coordination of trades with the virtual construction team. Ensure all work is installed according to the coordinated 3D model.
• Assist in planning and project setup during the pre-construction phase, including constructability reviews, scheduling, scopes of work, and site logistics.
• Promote and support strong internal and external relationships across all divisions and departments, as well as with clients and the public.
• Participate in training opportunities to increase competencies.

• High school degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience preferred
• 5 years of field supervision experience
• Must be 21 years old
• Valid NC Driver’s License
