Role Summary

Support the Superintendent in managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day site coordination and sequencing of works
• Support management of labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Monitor progress and report risks or delays
• Enforce health & safety standards and conduct site walks
• Support quality control, inspections, and project close-out
• Maintain site records and provide regular updates

Requirements

• 2–5+ years’ site experience (Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or similar)
• Background in commercial interiors (drywall, framing, ceilings preferred)
• Ability to read drawings and understand construction sequencing
• Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
