• Bachelor's in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or 5 years' experience)
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a project engineer or assistant project manager

• Pre-construction: Reviewing designs, identifying subcontractors, analyzing costs and schedules, preparing bids.
• Project Financials: Tracking expenses, preparing reports, managing change orders.
• Project Start-up: Setting up project systems, obtaining permits and insurance, developing quality control plans.
• Scheduling: Creating and maintaining project schedules, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Project Administration: Managing documents, communication, meetings, and risk assessments.
• Field Operations: Coordinating subcontractors, managing quality control, safety, and material delivery.
• Client Relations: Maintaining positive relationships with project owners.
