About the Candidate
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with a strong foundation in construction and a desire to grow within the electrical contracting industry. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 2–5+ years in construction, most recently in a role such as estimator, project engineer, project management, operations, or field leadership
- Well-Rounded Skillset (Ideal): Some exposure to both administrative functions and technical scope-of-work understanding
- Sector Experience (Ideal): Prior involvement in data center projects is preferred
- Industry Experience (Ideal): Experience with an electrical contractor in any of the listed roles
- Sector Experience (Concessions): Candidates without data center experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong project exposure in other sectors
- Background Flexibility: Candidates from general contracting or other trades will be considered if they show potential to adapt to electrical construction
- Balanced Skills (Concession): Candidates who are stronger in either the administrative or technical side, but show a willingness to develop, are encouraged to apply
