About the Role

  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams, processes, and performance on complex projects.
  • Experienced in budget development, cost control, and labor tracking to ensure efficiency, particularly in data center projects.
  • Skilled in financial systems, billing processes, and change order management within construction projects.
  • Proficient in analyzing project data and creating actionable, accurate budgets for data center construction.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving project challenges.
  • Clear and effective communicator, collaborating seamlessly across teams and stakeholders.

About the Candidate

  • Assist in managing financial aspects of data center electrical projects, including budget tracking, forecasting, and processing change orders.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to review drawings and support accurate field installation.
  • Help develop and maintain project budgets and schedules to ensure timely execution and steady cash flow.
  • Prepare and support monthly billings, cost reports, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure alignment with construction progress.
  • Assist with material procurement, delivery scheduling, and managing vendor buyouts specific to data center requirements.
  • Support field operations by addressing material needs, scheduling issues, and installation challenges as they arise.
  • Participate in regular site visits and jobsite meetings to monitor progress and assist with on-site coordination.
