I’m a recruiter with Just Construction Recruitment focused on placing electrical construction professionals across Texas, primarily in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio markets. I work closely with some of the top electrical contractors in the state, helping connect them with high-level Superintendents, Project Managers, and Estimators across mission-critical, healthcare, large commercial, and industrial projects. What I enjoy most about the role is building real relationships with candidates and helping them land opportunities that actually move their careers forward, not just another job.
Sean’s responsibilities:
- Recruiting top electrical construction talent across Texas (Superintendents, PMs, Estimators, BIM/VDC, etc.)
- Supporting hiring across mission-critical, healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects
- Working directly with electrical contractors to understand hiring needs and project pipelines
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach through offer stage
- Conducting detailed candidate vetting (project scopes, leadership, manpower, etc.)
- Building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
- Supporting business development through market insight and candidate outreach
