When Alfie left school, he complete a 2 year Football Scholarship at Welling United. He had the opportunity to study in the US, but decided that he wanted to make the move into recruitment and joined Just Construction in 2023. Alfie works as an Associate Consultant within the M&E & Building Services market.

Alfie’s responsibilities:

  • Candidate & client management

  • Sourcing, screening and selecting candidates

  • Relationship management 

  • After-sales care
