I have spent most my recruitment career working in UK Construction, specifically in Design, placing candidates with main contractor clients on a mix of commercial and residential projects. I have enjoyed the shift to the US market, we are very busy at the moment and I have a strong background in recruiting for façade/cladding projects, I have joined the US Facades team, working with specialist façade contractors across the Southeastern States. I particularly enjoy having the opportunity to match the right person to the right opportunity. Understanding their skills, personality and career goals then helping them find a role where they can succeed.
