About the Role

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks that support warehouse operations, fabrication, and field work. Your day may include:

  • Reading fabrication packets, hardware schematics, and architectural drawings
  • Inspecting materials to make sure everything is correct and defect-free
  • Gathering and assembling parts needed for each job
  • Keeping track of inventory and restocking materials
  • Unloading delivery trucks and organizing incoming materials
  • Preparing outgoing orders and loading vehicles
  • Delivering materials to job sites and safely handling products
  • Assisting with product installations as needed
  • Completing daily vehicle safety checks
  • Following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE
  • Helping out in other areas of the warehouse or shop when needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, works well with their hands, and takes pride in doing the job right.

About the Candidate

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical and hand-tool skills
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Comfortable lifting up to 75–80 lbs
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Valid driver’s license (delivery experience a plus)
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Exposure to glass, tools, noise, machinery, and changing temperatures
  • Ability to climb ladders and work on scaffolding 5 ft+
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting
  • Occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work as needed
