Requirements:
- 15+ years within commercial electrical construction
- 5–7+ years in senior leadership
- Experience managing operations exceeding $50M in revenue
- Strong P&L and financial management experience
- Deep understanding of project management, estimating, and field operations
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and complex projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
