Urban Architect

You will Participate in Architectural Design and Documentation, under the direction of Project Architect, through all phases of a project including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration.

You will provide technical support of the design concept within the budget and schedule. Assisting with the technical documentation and consultant coordination for the construction of the project.

You will be preparing and producing permittable contract documents.

You will participate in Client Meetings/Presentations.

You will Administer construction phase services, if required, such as reviewing all specification-related samples, shop drawings, installation drawings, etc. for compliance with our specifications and drawings.

You will need to have 2-5 years of experience.

You will need to have Multifamily or Hospitality experience preferred.

5-year Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree.

Working towards licensure or licensed.

Strong visual presentation and graphic skills.

Proven verbal presentation skills.

Demonstrated design skills.

Understanding of principles of Sustainable Design.

Proficient in Sketchup and Revit/BIM.

Proficient in Photoshop is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Basic knowledge of building codes.
