Unitized Project Manager - NYC

A leading glazing and façade contractor in the New York market is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex unitized curtain wall and building envelope projects ranging from $10M–$20M in value.

This role is ideal for a proven project leader with experience managing large-scale commercial façade packages from award through closeout, coordinating internal teams, clients, consultants, fabricators, and field operations to ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage multiple unitized curtain wall and façade projects valued between $10M–$20M.
• Lead projects from handover through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, general contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Oversee shop drawing reviews, submittals, RFIs, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, forecasting, and contract compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion.
• Support field teams throughout installation and commissioning phases.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong client relationships.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within the commercial glazing, curtain wall, façade, or building envelope industry.
• Strong experience managing unitized curtain wall projects valued between $10M–$20M.
• Proven understanding of façade systems, fabrication processes, and installation sequencing.
• Experience with project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and change orders.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on complex, fast-paced projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
