Traveling Superintendent

As a Traveling Healthcare Superintendent, you are the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for delivering complex medical facilities from surgical suites to imaging centers across the country.

• Field Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of healthcare projects ($5M – $50M+), ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with zero defects.

• Patient-First Safety: Implement and enforce rigorous ICRA (Infection Control) and ILSM (Interim Life Safety Measures) protocols to ensure construction never compromises patient care.

• Trade Coordination: Manage and mentor subcontractors, ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship and adherence to complex MEP and medical equipment specifications.

• The "90-Day" Standard: Drive the project toward a clean, efficient closeout, aiming to complete all punch-list items and turnover within 90 days of substantial completion.

• Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as the primary point of contact for hospital administrators and facility managers, ensuring minimal disruption to their daily operations.

• Healthcare Expertise: 5+ years of experience in healthcare-specific construction (Renovations, MOBs, Ground-up Hospitals).

• Mobility: A genuine passion for travel. You are ready to deploy to project sites nationwide and immerse yourself in new communities.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in construction management software (Procore or similar) and a deep understanding of medical-grade MEP systems.
