Sustainability Program Manager

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Sustainability Program Lead to drive strategic sustainability initiatives and help shape the future of sustainable infrastructure delivery.

As the Sustainability Program Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that drive measurable business value across major infrastructure programmes.

Working closely with operational teams, leadership stakeholders, and external partners, you will embed sustainability considerations into key decision-making processes while improving reporting capabilities, governance standards, and programme performance.

The ideal candidate will be a proven sustainability professional with experience leading ESG or sustainability programmes within data centres, construction, real estate, industrial, or technology infrastructure environments.

You will be comfortable operating in a highly cross-functional environment, engaging with executive leadership teams, customers, consultants, and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
