Superintendent

• Oversee day to day site operations on commercial glazing projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Manage and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and workflow
• Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges to keep projects on track
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards, drawings, and client expectations
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce health and safety compliance at all times
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and general contractors to provide updates and resolve issues
• Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to support accurate execution on site
• Track progress, report on milestones, and maintain site documentation
• Support project delivery from mobilization through to final handover and closeout

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the glazing industry, with a strong understanding of façade systems and installation processes
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role on commercial construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage site operations, including scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, and quality control
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining high safety standards on site
• Experience overseeing projects from pre construction through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance on site
• Comfortable working on commercial projects ranging from $500K to $30M
