About the Role
- Lead on-site glazing and façade construction activities from mobilization through installation and closeout
- Coordinate daily field operations with general contractors, trades, and field teams to maintain workflow and sequencing
- Supervise curtain wall, window wall, and storefront system installation on high-rise and commercial projects
- Interpret shop drawings and field details to ensure installations are executed correctly
- Drive and maintain installation schedules, ensuring field progress aligns with project milestones
- Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics, and staging to support efficient installation
- Manage field crews, subcontractors, and installers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard
- Monitor field productivity and provide input on labor performance and resource allocation
- Participate in site meetings and provide updates on field progress, constraints, and upcoming activities
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all site and company safety requirements
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet specifications and best practices
- Identify and resolve field-related issues, clashes, and installation challenges in real time
- Support project closeout through punch list completion and final inspections
About the Candidate
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for glazing and façade installation from mobilization through project closeout
- Coordinate on-site activities with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and sequencing
- Supervise installation of curtain wall, window wall, and storefront systems on high-rise and commercial projects
- Interpret shop drawings and installation details to ensure accurate field execution
- Maintain and drive project schedules, ensuring installation milestones and deadlines are met
- Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics, and staging to support installation activities
- Lead and manage field crews, subcontractors, and installers to ensure productivity and accountability
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in compliance with site and company safety standards
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet project specifications and industry standards
- Identify and resolve field issues, clashes, and installation challenges in real time
- Communicate daily progress, delays, and site conditions to project management and GC teams
- Participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, and inspections with the GC and project stakeholders
- Ensure punch list completion and support project closeout activities
