• Responsible for all field operations for ground-up construction and interior projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities to maintain schedule and quality

• Manage daily site operations in a fast-paced construction environment

• Experience with high-end, quality interior construction

• Experience working in occupied buildings and maintaining safe work zones

• Knowledge of MEP systems and coordination in the field

• Enforce safety requirements and maintain clean, organized job sites

• Lead field meetings and coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, and Designers

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and shop drawings

• Capable of maintaining and updating project schedules

• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor field staff

• Proficient with Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and construction documentation software

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate all trades on site

• 4-year construction/engineering degree preferred

• A minimum of 5 years of experience on commercial construction projects is desired

• Strong field supervision experience on ground-up and interior construction projects
